Shows and Events

Each year, we offer several opportunities to learn about home building, remodeling and associated businesses through our unique, interactive shows and events. These venues bring our members and consumers face-to-face to discuss ideas and options, learn about the latest products and technology and inspect the quality of work.

Here’s an overview:

The Pennsylvania Home Show – The largest Show of its kind in the Northeast, The Home Show includes over 375 exhibitors of home building, remodeling and home improvement ideas… from products to professionals and everything in between. Held each February, it’s the perfect place to kick-off spring and summer home projects. View web site >

Parade of Homes – Each Fall, this spectacular, free, nine-day show features tours of beautifully designed, decorated and landscaped town homes and single family homes of all sizes and price ranges. Builder Expo – Professional Strength — For one day each Fall, builders and remodelers get an exclusive look at new products, services, tools and equipment as well as an opportunity to meet with suppliers and manufacturers. This show is not open to the public. View web site >

Pyramid Awards! – In April, this nationally recognized program brings recognition to the best and brightest in building, remodeling, sales and marketing in the Harrisburg region. Click to view the most recent winners.

The Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg is a trade association of builders and members of related industries dedicated to promoting the building industry.

Chartered in 1957, the Association is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and the Pennsylvania Builders Association.

The Association interacts with all levels of the government and regulatory agencies, serves as a source of information and education, and strives to provide the highest standards of building services to the community.
