How to Post Events

  1. To Post an event first Register with the site. You must confirm the registration in your email.
  2. Add your multiple events one at a time. It is best to put the date of your event in the Title. As you may have noticed there is a “Published” date that is visible on each event. If you do not put your event date in the Title people may think the event occurs on the published date.
  3. Please avoid copy and pasting of tables. Use the  paste as Plain Text to strip out special fonts. Use the Paste From Word icon for Word Documents and if pasting from other websites where you want the hyperlink to remain intact.
  4. Next, log in. You will be redirected to the Posts then Add New area.
  5. Click Publish or Submit depending on your user level access. For example Contributors must submit for review. Once we get to know you we will make you an Author so you can bypass approval.
  6. To add a new Event click Posts - Add New.

If you are accustomed to posting feel free to use the other page fields and options. Otherwise, simply use the ones with red arrows in the picture.
